    This is a nice item to help you to electrify your oil lamp with out harming the lamp, a threaded brass convertor for a #2 size collar.
    Measures 1&1/4 inches wide and the threads are 1&3/16 inches wide in diameter.
    The threaded nipple allows you to screw a socket onto this piece and it will thread into an oil lamp
    You will need a socket with the side outlet opening for the wire to come out of the lower cap.
    Screw into your collar and screw on your wired socket and you have an oil lamp converted to electric with no damage to the lamp.
