Buy these New Old Stock L&L WMC (Loevsky) Lamp Base
These came from a lighting store where the owner retired after 50 years in business.
I am not a vintage lighting person so unlikely I can answer a question but feel free to ask. I describe them as I see them.
This is a large heavy ornate base. It measures 6" along the bottom edges. On the bottom across the middle it measures 5 1/2". It is 6" high and top round piece is 2" in diameter. The base weighs just over 3lbs.
This was wrapped in Newspaper from the late 70s. These are marked L&L from NJ. I believe they existed from the 1930s through the mid-1970s.
